We’re looking for a well-rounded HR Manager/Corporate Recruiter who can take on this new position and help our fast growing Mexico office attract quality candidates who share our passion for what we do! A successful individual in this role will be experienced with recruiting for niche positions with the ability to quickly determine where to market the position and find talent in the TV/Media Entertainment industry. Qualities for success in this role include: high levels of accountability and ownership, ability to build relationships with a variety of internal and external partners, excellent recruitment skills (full cycle process) and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate must enjoy the challenges of recruiting, as well as have a proven record of hiring the right candidates for the right positions. As well, the individual must be detail oriented in carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, training, performance management, onboarding, and employment law compliance. This position reports to the HR Director.
