We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital video advertising business for our state-of-the-art over-the-top (OTT) video streaming technology platform.




  • Optimize the display of digital advertising for our over-the-top (OTT) linear and on-demand video streaming service.
  • Understand the use of sophisticated algorithms to develop targeted video streaming ad campaigns that center messages to the most receptive audiences, with selected traits and interests.
  • Detailed understanding of the competitive programmatic video advertising landscape and the interoperability across video streaming technology platforms.
  • Understand digital advertising pricing models, and develop suitable pricing models for ads running in our over-the-top (OTT) video streaming technology platform.
  • Plan and lead integrated digital video streaming advertising campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Launch digital video streaming campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Work with product, business development and marketing teams, as well as vendors partners, to support programmatic advertising to automate the buying and placement of ads for our over-the-top (OTT) video streaming technology platform.
  • Identify and lead the development of joint business projects and/or beta opportunities with assigned customers and/or agencies.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Provide detailed feedback to Product and Technology teams on feature and functionality developments required to capture additional market share.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, programmatic ad trends and insights, and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Build and elevate relationships at the highest levels within the assigned customers and/or agencies – C-Suite, Senior Agency Influencers – to continuously uncover strategic opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client/agency contacts responsible for programmatic advertising media solutions and digital advertising technology infrastructure licensing agreements.
  • Effective account management and business relationships: establishing meetings with internal and external key stakeholders, seeking out new relationships/contacts, developing quarterly business reviews, organizing agency education initiatives and fulfilling ad hoc agency requests.
  • Measurement and reporting on the performance of all digital advertising campaigns against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.






  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online media in the network, demand side digital advertising systems, exchange or other non-reserved space.
  • Strong understanding of over-the-top (OTT) video streaming technology platforms and the current streaming video advertising market, platforms and strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive programmatic advertising landscape and ad placement interoperability across multiple streaming technology platforms.
  • Working knowledge of video ad serving tools.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and technology, video advertising trends, consumer behavior and inventive ways to reach a targeted audience.
  • Extensive experience with digital advertising across display, video, mobile, large and small screens.
  • Expertise in programmatic advertising.
  • Strong experience working at or with advertising agencies.
  • Proven collaborator with the ability to be an effective internal advocate of client needs/market demand, leading cross functional teams to achieve sales results.
  • Proven ability to drive results, as well as create and sell-in innovative solutions to clients.
  • Ability to create and manage strong internal and external relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically, understanding marketer needs and creatively translating these needs into compelling concepts and programs.
  • Proven ability to simplify and package complex product offerings for appropriate audiences.
  • Ability to handle many initiatives simultaneously and prioritize according to meeting revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA is a plus.
  • A secondary language proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
