Position: Office Assistant (Front Desk) Location: West Palm Beach (On-Site)   Position Summary:   The Office Assistant performs a wide range of executive, administrative, and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature for Human Resources, Accounting, and the C-Suite team, while build rapport with company employees and ensure a professional, responsible, and effective experience within Olympusat.

The Dubbing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager with a variety of tasks in the dubbing department. This individual must have a background in dubbing, have considerable knowledge in audio engineering and terminology and be able to commute to our office located in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Dubbing Manager will be vial to the implementation of long-term dubbing operational plans to ensure audiences experience the highest quality of localized content worldwide. The incumbent will have a passion for language, experience with the production of dubs, a deep appreciation for regional cultural differences, and a high level of intellectual curiosity. This role requires you to develop a relationship with our original content and be able to strategically identify the challenges and complexities localization will face before it even begins. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and initiative.

The Script Adaptation Editor will be responsible for reviewing and revising incoming English dubbing scripts from the dubbing houses. This includes checking the dialogue for any spelling and grammar issues, adaptation quality, and lip sync. You will also assess the overall quality of the scripts, making sure the dubbing houses are producing high quality content. This position can be in-house or remote.
